Colleen Chappell
President & CEO

Named the 2010 Businesswoman of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Colleen is responsible for leading the agency through strategic account planning, brand discovery and development, and new business growth. She brings an unstoppable stream of enthusiasm into the agency’s day-to-day operations.

After holding a variety of positions at a Fortune 100 company, including director of advertising, marketing and business sales, she knows what it feels like to sit in a chief marketing officer’s chair. In these roles, top-tier national agencies called her the client, and that experience has proven invaluable now, on the agency side of the business.

She joined the agency in 2002 as executive vice president. With nearly 20 years of experience, she specializes in brand development, integrated marketing, advertising, public relations, pricing strategies and distribution channel launch and growth.

With a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida, Colleen completed courses at Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, is a Dale Carnegie graduate and is accredited in public relations from the Public Relations Society of America. She served as president of the American Marketing Association of Tampa Bay and is an advisory board member of the Zimmerman Advertising Program (ZAP) at the University of South Florida. In addition, she is past chair of Leadership Tampa Alumni and is a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. She was a recipient of USF School of Mass Communications Alumnus of the Year Award and the Tampa Bay 40 Under 40 award from the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Beyond branding, Colleen’s passion is anything active with her husband and two sons – from watching them compete in soccer to joining them in waterskiing, snow skiing and kneeboarding.

Christine Turner
APR, Principal, Account Service

With the agency since 1998, Christine Turner is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing plans for clients in various industries. Her experience ranges from business-to-business companies to regional consumer and educational institutions and is based on balancing brand alignment with effective growth strategies.

Christine is a board member of the Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and Arts, a member of the American Marketing Association, a member and past president of the Public Relations Society of America, a graduate of Leadership Tampa and a member of the University of South Florida Alumni Association. She is a graduate of USF, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications.

In her spare time, Christine is watching TiVo–ed episodes of "Oprah" or listening to Prince in the gym.

sarah tildsley

Sarah Tildsley
Principal, Creative Director

As creative director, Sarah is responsible for the strategic direction of the agency’s creative work, from conceptual development through production.

A graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design, Sarah has more than 12 years of broad-based experience. She is adept at developing and producing print, television and multimedia advertising campaigns. She most recently served as the agency’s associate creative director and handled the day-to-day creative operations.

Her work with a diverse roster of clients has been widely acclaimed. She has received numerous advertising awards, including Telly Awards, Graphic Design USA, Create Awards and ADDY awards from the Tampa Bay Advertising Federation, including the coveted Best of Bay and Best of Show. In 2005, she was named one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s "Top 30 Under 30."

She serves on the Ybor City Chamber board and is involved with Emerge Tampa Bay. Sarah is an avid runner who has completed several marathons, and she enjoys spending time with her husband and two yellow labs.

Erin Gray
Principal, Account Service

As an agency principal, Erin Gray develops and implements strategic marketing programs with emphasis on advertising, media buying and direct mail. She specializes in developing strategic direct mail campaigns, including list targeting, modeling and compilation. In addition, Erin develops strategic media plans for a variety of clients, utilizing both traditional and new media vehicles with the goal to stretch every media dollar. With more than 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, her diverse background includes both private and public–sector clients.

She is a graduate of Leadership Pasco and a former co-chair for programs. In addition, she is a member of the Career Academies Oversight Advisory Committee, the Pasco Economic Development Council’s Industry of the Year Awards Committee and is a past board member of the Tampa Bay Advertising Federation. Erin is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English.

When she’s not negotiating media rates or developing strategic marketing plans, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and volunteering in her community.
